OX-EYE DAISY WILDFLOWER
Ox-eye daisy plants are a natural wildflower in the British countryside and with their large white daisy flowers make for a stunning display during summer months.
This plant is a hardy perennial which will stay green during winter months and return to flower year after year, the bloom season for this plant is relativley long with flowers growing from april through to september/october time depending on temperatures and weaher.
The Ox-eye daisy likes to be grown in a full sun location and with watering now and again, will certainly not disappoint whith its display.
Growing these plants is easy by simply scattering seeds in required location or bringing on in trays and planted out as plug plants when ready. Best results are when brought on in trays and covered with glass of clingfilm to increase warmth and humidity.
Propagation of the Ox-eye daisy is by seed collection after flower has died back leaving a seed pod to be dried and broken opened when ready.
