MAHONIA MEDIA CHARITY

 

The Mahonia Media Charity plant has Holly type spikey dark green leaves which produces yellow flowers off multiple stems growing from the center of the plant which attract wildlife during the winter months.

 

After flowering the plant produces attractive blue/black berries which birds love during the winter.

This plant will grow to about the height of 1.5M, flowering time of this plant is from December-April.

 

Growing conditions of this plant are fairly simple as plant grows well in many types of soil, prefers shade/full sun locations and grows best in containers.

If the plant is grown in containers be sure not to let the soil dry out, after flowering the plant will need to be lightly cut back.

This plant will withstand temperatures of up to -15C
