Gasteria Verrucosa

 

This Succulent Gasteria Verrucosa is a fantastic looking plant as it grows with great shades of green with white/light green spots on large fleshy leaves.

 

Gasteria species are grown in well-drained, sandy soils and likes to be placed in warm full sun, with a bit of shade from the mid day sun.

 

Water requirements for this plant is not a great amount. Water about once a monthly depending on individual climate circumstances.

 

Propagation of this plant is by off shoots which are plentiful off of large mature plants. Also Gasteria plants can be grown from seed where germination usually occurs within 8 days but may take as long as one month depending on the species.

 

Gasteria Verrucosa plants are native to South Africa.
