DAPHNE ODORA
The Daphne Odora is a beautiful evergreen shrub with very sweet cented pink flowers that grow from purple buds between December and March followed by scarlet red fruit. These flowers are also very fragrant. The leaves are a very deep green colour.
The Daphne Odora enjoys well drained and fertile soil, like to be planted in half shade to full sun locations and requires a light trim after the flowering season.
The plant grows to a height of around 1.5m with a spread of around 1m so is a great plant for small gardens.
Plant must not be alloud to dry out so during summer months enusre it is watered regularly.
The origin of the Daphne Odora plant is China and Japan.
