AFRICAN DAISY
The African Daisy is a striking colourful plant that has big daisy flowers up to 4inches across and have eyelike markings around the centers.
This plant originates from South Africa and is now regularly found in areas where the summer is not so hot such as Europe and the Americas.
These flowers bloom up until the first frost of autumn making them a wonderful plant for long lasting colour through the summer months, in some conditions where the temperature is too hot, it will stop blooming and then begin reblooming when temperatures drop. Most of the leaves on this plant are a silvery green colour which makes them very attractive plants whilst not blooming.
The African Daisy is grown as an annual plant but is also grown as a perennial in frost free regions. Plants most common colours are orange, pink, red and white. The temperature ranges for this plants best results are between 55F-80F, ensure to keep this plant well watered during hot weather and in a sunny location.
