ACHILLEA PLANT - MOONSHINE

 

These plants are a very easy to grow perennial to brighten up the garden with the Achillea Plant boasting strong stems, aromatic, ferny, grey-green foliage and impressive flat heads of tiny yellow flowers.

The Achillia Plant - Moonshine flowers between June-September and grows to a height of 60cm with a spread of 60cm.

This plant does attract insects with its aromatic smell especially the pollintaor insects, Achillea plants also make wonderful plants for cutting and creating flower arrangments for inside the house. 

Ideal plant for beds and borders, patio pots and containers. The Achillea grows best in full sun positions. Keep well watered during the the flowering season and after flowering lightly trim back for winter.

This plant is hardy down to -5C so will survive most temperatures the winter will throw at it. If pot grown, move to a sheltered location just for some extra protection during cold weather.
